I was born in Canada and lived in Hong Kong for 10 years, then moved back to Canada in 2011. After studying 7 years of traditional Chinese painting, I continue to pursue my love for painting in combination with my passion for ceramic figurative sculpture.
From a young age, expressing myself through art has always felt essential. Exploring different kinds of painting practices, confirmed my passion for art. I decided to move from Hong Kong to Canada for the specialized art program at H. B. Beal Secondary school. Beal introduced to me to a wider range of visual arts, and I discovered my passion for clay. Currently, I am studying Ceramics in my final year of the Bachelor of Craft and Design program at Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada.
